Day 339.

Is he...? Is he picking her nose? Is Eric Powell (a.k.a. Not Mark Ruffalo) picking his wife's nose in this scene approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes into Julie & Julia?

Okay, so it's not the traditional lead-with-the-index-finger-turn-and-flick-nose-pick. But it's definitely some kind of variation on the theme. Maybe the question shouldn't be "Is he picking her nose?" More like, "Is he jamming his fingers into Julie Powell's nose in an attempt to travel so far deep into her nasal passage that maybe--just maybe--he might be able touch her brain, forever altering her irritable personality and therefore making her a more tolerable, nay, likable person?"
